About Me

Bethany Grabow While looking for a teaching job after graduating from college, I saw an opening for a library assistant and decided to apply. I was offered the job and realized my true passion is working in libraries.

After almost five years of experience in public libraries, I pursued my MLS through Clarion University’s online program. My school and work experiences have exposed me to a variety of departments and responsibilities within the public library. I especially enjoy doing storytime and programming.

I believe public libraries are an essential part of today’s society. There is no other organization that provides access to its products and services for FREE to anyone who walks through its doors. I can’t help but advocate for the library; the more people who know its value, the more its value will increase.
